Using your picture for my scientific poster

[edit]

I have seen your beautiful picture of the pincers used for sugar (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Rouen_-_Mus%C3%A9e_Le_Secq_des_Tournelles_-_Pinces_%C3%A0_sucre.jpg?uselang=de).

Am I allowed to use this picture as a background for my scientific poster? Your name would stand in the lower right corner of the poster with the note that the background picture is your work. The corresponding link is on the poster as well.

Photos du Père-Lachaise

[edit]

--PierreSelim (talk) 08:20, 27 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

removal of image

[edit]

I see that an image has been removed from List of professional cyclists who died during a race with this edit. So, the reason it was removed is because the sculptor died in 1982 even though the sculpture itself was created in 1938? Is there any way that an image of this memorial could be used through fair-use or whatever? It's the only memorial I could find for Ganay. Thanks, Shearonink (talk) 22:50, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Category:Grave of Ali bin Hamud. ~Pyb (talk) 10:43, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
--Zolo (talk) 11:33, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello :-)

I just wanted to say "Thank you very much" for your picture: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Ghana_Cape_Coast_01.jpg

My name is Daniel, i used that picture in my little "travel around the world" puzzle game for android.

When a player sees your image (when completing a level) there is a short sentence describing the location visible on your panorama and also you are credited directly as "Photographer". Hopefully you are fine with that, if you want any changes please contact me directly. :-)

Edicules Guimard

[edit]

Bonjour Pyb,

Merci --Wikinade (talk) 11:12, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fichiers supprimés

[edit]
