El peso muerto sumo es una variante de peso muerto. En cuanto a la posición corporal y técnica, antes de realizar el levantamiento, debemos seguir las siguientes indicaciones: 1. Nos posicionamos frente a la barra, esta debe quedar por encima de nuestro empeine. 2. Abrimos las piernas unos 45º, esto puede depender de la flexibilidad de cada persona. 3. Las rodillas y las puntera de los pies deben girar levemente hacia afuera. 4. En esta posición, flexionamos las rodillas y echamos la cadera hacia detrás, siempre manteniendo la espalda neutra o plana. 5. Los brazos quedarán por dentro de la apertura de las piernas y agarraremos la barra. Desde esta posición puede comenzar el levantamiento. Recomendaciones a la hora de realizar el levantamiento: - Inhala aire y mantenlo hasta que la barra vuelva a tocar el suelo. - Mantén el abdomen apretado. - El cuello debe estar relajado. - La barra debe subir pegada al cuerpo.English: Sumo Deadlift:
