- Support but honestly I didn't watched the full move because it's too big and I never watched a black and white movie so it feels unnatural to me and usually I don't watch many movies in general. But I watched about 45 minutes from different sections, read about it on enwiki and now I know what's it all about and why it is culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant. It's a successful movie considering the budget to box office ratio. I also didn't knew that Chinese immigration to the US started before 1900, I am not a historian after all. - Well that's... loud. :) Would be good to get some better categories and geotags? Undecided on this one myself. It's more POV than documentary, but educational value is there. Will try to come back. — Rhododendrites talk | 05:13, 30 January 2020 (UTC)
- Just following up to clarify what I mean by "POV" - I mean it seems like it's supposed to show what it's like to be in the procession rather than documentation of the procession (i.e. looking at the back/bells of people in front of you rather than watching the procession go by, with lots of people, fronts/backs, etc.). — Rhododendrites talk | 15:21, 4 February 2020 (UTC)

- Weak Support. Pretty good, overall. Some criticisms: The block of cocaine looks like a bar of soap. "Cocaine comes from the leaves of the South America coca plant has been used for over a thousand years." I listened to that repeatedly, and that's what I heard. It's not a sentence, and it's ambiguous. If the suggestion is that cocaine is over 1,000 years old, that's incorrect. According to w:Cocaine, it is the leaves of the coca plant themselves that have been chewed by Andean people for over 1,000 years. The cocaine alkyloid wasn't isolated until 1855. "Cool compress" is mispronounced, with "compress" accented as if it were a verb (2nd syllable accented). I'm also skeptical of his pronunciation of "ibogaine", which I would think would be accented on the first syllable. A more important criticism is that the champion-like imagery for cocaethylene is unfortunate because pictures often get through to people more than spoken words. And this is not the most impressive or professional-looking non-fiction style (we really have to use a silly envelope icon for neurotransmitters sending a "message"?). Overall, all of this translates into weak support, and if there were a "Quality Video" category, I'd say we could make this one and not feature it. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 04:22, 1 February 2020 (UTC)

- There is a another rule : "all rules can be broken." Keeping my BS aside, this video is very important one and to get watermark free version, you're required to contact(email) Barack Obama Presidential Library. They will send RAW footage of the speech which are usually greater than 4 GiB(maximum file size limit on commons). You need to process that video, request server side upload by creating a ticket on phabricator. Usually takes more than a day to successfully upload a single video with maximum quality supported by Mediawiki. Conclusion : It's not easy to get watermark free videos by contacting BOPL. -- Eatcha (talk) 15:16, 30 January 2020 (UTC)
