Summary
[edit]DescriptionDeadliest wars.png |
English: Seven deadliest wars after 1900. The graphic was created using the Spiral Strip python package. The length of each spiral segment is proportional to the war's duration and its area size to its death toll. The death toll is expressed in millions (e.g., 85 M represents 85 million). The information about the death toll and duration of the wars was taken from the Wikipedia page "List of wars by death toll":
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wars_by_death_toll. If the death toll was given as a range, the middle value between the upper and lower estimates was used. |
