One year alone all the honormen in the college class of Howard wereAlpha Phi Alpha men; for two years theleading oratorical prize at Columbia and thehonor prize in French were won by Alpha-Phi Alpha men. These are but a few of thehonors won by Alpha Phi Alpha men andshow the type of men the fraternity seeks.Its alumni and honorary members areamong the foremost men of the race.
