Description |
English: Bradinopyga geminata, Rock Dweller/Granite Ghost, is a medium sized grey dragonfly with black and white markings. Grey thorax is marbled and peppered with black and light grey. This species is usually seen perched on compound stone walls, boulders etc. It easily merges with such perching sites because of its colouration. The species is commonly found near rock pools and other similar small water collections. It is common in the urban landscapes and breeds in overhead tanks and garden ponds. |
