Description
Deutsch: Navigations Problem #1, das von Taylor verlangte nach Osten von Fort Lauderdale abzufliegen, eine Bombardierungsübung an der Hen & Chicken Untiefe auszuführen, etwas nördlich von Bimini. Darauf sollte er weiter nach Osten fliegen, dann nach Norden abdrehen, über Grand Bahama Island hinweg, nach Südwesten eindrehen und zur Basis zurückkehren. Die Flugstrecke würde etwa 316 Meilen betragen und etwa 2 Stunden und 40 Minuten dauern.
English: Navigation Problem #1 required Taylor to fly eastward from Fort Lauderdale, conduct a practice bombing run at Hen & Chicken Shoals just north of Bimini, continue eastward, then turn north, fly over Grand Bahama Island, and then turn southwest and return to base. The flight would cover approximately 316 miles and last about 2 hours and 40 minutes.
