Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_88081_DSC01401.JPG Notes: המושב הוקם ב11.1938 בשם "בני גאולים", "כפר גאולים" וגאולים על ידי עולים מגרמניה, חברי הבונים, שהיו חברים בקבוצת "השדה" בראשון לציון ולאחר מכן התגבשו כקבוצת עבודה בטירת שלום ליד נס ציונה. ב 1945, לאור אי התאמת המקום לחלוקה לחלקות פרטיות, עברו חברי הגרעין לכפר ידידיה וחברי ארגון "טלמון" מעולי תימן, ארגון ראשון להתיישבות שיתופית של עולי תימן, תפסו את מקומם ב11.1945. בתחילה עלו רק הגברים ולאחר התבססות במקום ובניית בתים הובאו גם המשפחות. ב1947 היישוב מנה כ-40 משפחות.לבסוף נותר השם גאולים.
